Charles Rivera along with his son John Marcus Rivera operate a family based financial firm.  Charles specializes in Financial Advisory Services and is a Financial Advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, a registered investment advisor.  Being an agent with New York Life Insurance Company for more than 30 years, he has shown his dedication to cultivating genuine relationships with his clients which earned him a lifetime membership in The Million Dollar Roundtable*.  His focus is on helping business owners with:

  • Business Continuation Planning

  • Estate Planning

  • Executive Benefits

  • Employee Benefits

Charlie is a strong advocate for education; with time as his most valuable asset, he'll spend as much of it as necessary to make sure his clients understand their options and where their chosen paths lead.  It's that kind of genuine care that leads his clients to trust him not only with their own financial plans, but that of their families as well.

Originally from Puerto Rico, his family relocated to New York City in 1947 – and the trials and triumphs of life eventually brought him to the Midwest.  He has been married to his wife for more than 35 years and they have three sons together.  He's incredibly active in the Hispanic community:

Founder and Past President of Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

  • Founder and Past President of Kansas Hispanic Education and Development Foundation

  • Admissions Board 2010-2013- Kansas Board of Regents

  • Board of Directors 2005 – 2010-South Central Kansas Economic Development District

  • Wichita State University College of Engineering - Co-Chair Diversity Board

When not in the office or volunteering, Charlie can be found spending quiet time at his cabin in the mountains of Colorado where he loves to hike, climb and enjoy the beautiful Pike's National Forest.
